The City of New Carrollton is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors for the replacement of our existing HVAC systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a turnkey solution that meets the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs of our City Hall Multi-Purpose Room. The City Hall Multi-Purpose Room is a large room used by City employees and citizens for various events and meetings. The existing HVAC systems is over 15 years old and is no longer efficient or effective.
