Description
The Trowbridge Recreation Center restoration and alterations includes the comprehensive historically-sensitive restoration of the exterior facade, reroofing, and full interior architectural and systems construction which includes a lobby, gymnasium, classrooms, and support space. The building is 7,900 SF. The interior has been fully gutted and abated, except for some lead and pcb paint on the windows that will be removed and replaced as part of this project. All existing roof equipment has also been removed. The project also includes structural removals, replacement, and reinforcement as noted on the drawings.
