SPORTSPARK CENTER AND REECY DAVIS RECREATION CENTER EXPANSION

The project will generally consist of the following: The SportsPark Center project is located at: 6705 Monty Stratton Parkway, Greenville, Texas on City of Greenville owned property. The SportsPark Center project will be a new Multi-Generational Recreation / Athletic Center featuring athletic, aquatic, fitness, and recreation amenities. Reecy Davis Center Expansion project is located at: 4320 Lee Street, Greenville, Texas on City of Greenville owned property. The Reecy Davis Center Expansion project will include updating and remodeling of the existing facility while adding a gymnasium, game room and classroom space. SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Greenville has issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for General Contractor services for the project named above. The scope of the project is defined within the Construction Drawings and Project Manual signed and sealed by Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, Inc., issued April 19, 2024; along with all information contained within this Request for Proposal, its attachments, and any Addenda distributed as part of this RFP.
