RENTAL-2712 - USA (Long Beach, California) - Event Equipment Rentals for Citywide Events Service - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event equipment rentals for citywide events service to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.   – Event rental equipment services include but are not limited to basic infrastructure as well as dance floors; stages with rails, roofs, and ramps; artificial turf; tent walls; and table drapes.– To grow events and entertainment, the city has continued to expand its list of Citywide special events ranging from community–oriented events to large–scale concerts, festivals, and parades.• Ensuring reliable access to quality rental equipment (e.g., tents, tables, chairs, and related infrastructure) to support City–produced events. • Ensuring timely delivery, setup, and breakdown of event rental equipment in accordance with event schedules and requirements. • Providing safe, clean, and well–maintained equipment that meets City standards for public use. • Establishing a dependable partnership with a Contractor that can accommodate events of varying sizes and logistical complexity. • Ensuring responsive service and flexibility in meeting last–minute changes or unanticipated needs during event production. • Timely delivery of equipment to the event location in accordance with the event schedule. • Professional setup of all equipment to meet safety standards and event specifications. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
