(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous and non–hazardous petroleum based product waste, removal and disposal service to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL.– Provide copies of current State permits for the handling, storage and transportation of hazardous waste. – Provide copies of current State permits for the recycling facility to be utilized in the performance of the contract. – Provide a list of approved hazardous waste disposal sites to be utilized in the performance of the contract. – Provide copies of current State certifications/permits for the laboratory to be used to analyze the samples. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
