Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractor(s), or individuals, for concession services at various locations within the City. The contract will be revenue generating for the awarded Contractor and a flat fixed fee, percentage of sales or a combination of both to the City. The term of this contract shall begin on the date the contract is approved by the City of New Smyrna Beach, City Commission (herein after, the “Commission”), signed by all required parties and filed with the City Clerk. The term of the contract shall be 'Contract Length from the effective date. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for no more than 'Optional Extensions Time Frame . If an award is made it shall be made to Contractor whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received.
