Historic Courthouse Cafe Concessionaire Services

What is the solicitation method? Sarasota County is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested local, regional or national food services operators/chains to operate the Law & Order Cafe, an existing cafe and seating facility, operating within the Historic Courthouse Building, located at 2000 Main Street, 1st Floor, Sarasota, Florida. This facility houses the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and has approximately 250 employees on site each workday during regular working hours (approximately 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) as well as approximately 400 members of the general public who conduct business during the opening hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years with an option of two (2) additional one (1) year renewals.
