NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE UKG KRONOS SYSTEMS, LLC

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: This purchase is for annual maintenance and support including Cloud Services for a scheduling software (Telestaff/Webstaff). Fees will include, annual charges for Telestaff IVR (Interactive Voice Response) services provided for EMS as well as the annual Platinum support services required for Telestaff, a software that is used for scheduling. The IVR component allows EMS to initiate phone calls to field employees with the purpose to fill vacancies and receive notifications of work opportunities for employees. With this purchase the vendor will also charge fees for technical upgraded services to move the software called Kronos to the Kronos Cloud.
