(1) Vendor needs to provide talent intelligence platform • Deliver a unified talent intelligence platform supporting our full talent ecosystem.• Ability to identify and rapidly deploy talent against project needs.• Single, searchable talent intelligence hub enabling our business development (bd), proposals, talent acquisition (ta), and procurement teams to search across all talent populations simultaneously, with appropriate access controls by user role.• Multi–faceted search across all populations for BD, Proposals, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement users, with role–based access controls by population type.• Self–service profile management for non–employees; automated prompts for profile updates; ability to purge records on individual request.• Evergreen intake channel for referrals and self–submissions which would then be validated by TA before inclusion in system; reporting dashboard for profile completeness and talent ecosystem coverage. • Consent mechanisms for non–employee profiles; SSO/SAML integration; role–based access controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
