Litter Control Services

The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed quotes from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive litter control services along County-maintained roadways and designated public areas. Services include routine and as-needed litter and debris removal to enhance public safety, environmental quality, and community appearance. The selected contractor shall perform all work in accordance with County specifications, applicable regulations, and established safety standards, including coordination with County staff when required. These services support the County’s ongoing commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing transportation corridors.
