Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as-needed services for roofing and gutter maintenance, repairs, and replacement for City-owned buildings and facilities. Work may include gutter replacement, waterproofing, leak identification, cleaning, as well as roof repairs and replacement for over 75 public buildings. The term of the contract resulting from this Notice Inviting Bids shall be a three-year term from the date the City executes the contract, or until the amount of $1,000,000, is expended, whichever occurs first.
