(1) Vendor needs to provide remote management of parking operations system- Mobile Payment Platform: Provide a mobile Point of Sale system, such as a smartphone app, to process hourly, daily, and monthly parking options for individual parkers. - Account Management: Ensure the mobile platform allows parkers to create and manage customer accounts, while also providing a guest checkout feature that does not require account creation. - Compliance & Data Security: Ensure the mobile payment system is compliant and contains adequate safeguards against the manipulation of electronic transaction records or theft of revenues. - Enforcement Coordination: Coordinates with the district’s towing contractor by providing a real–time data feed showing approved parkers to enforce parking regulations. - Signage: Provide initial signage for each parking site indicating mobile payment instructions (eg. QR Code) and rules. CPS personnel will be responsible for the installation of this signage. - Marketing & Advertising: Conduct online advertising and marketing of available spaces, which may be executed through third–party platforms.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
