(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative consulting services to the government authority located in Fredericksburg, VA.– Provide legislative consulting services for providing legislative information tracking of the agency general assembly session(s) commonwealth executive agencies, bi–annual budget and for development and implementation of regional legislative priorities and positions.– Consulting team will advocate and engage in communicating with executive and state legislative officials along with appropriate agency staff providing both topic background and information regarding the Planning District 16 region.– Regional commission staff, and commission committees to get a full understanding of the regional legislatives program, emerging needs, and concerns relating to future legislative positions.– Develop talking points, testimony, and reports as required, with assistance from appropriate or local staff as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one years.
