Magnolia Elevated Tank Rehabilitation and Upgrade

Project Description: This project consists of the following elements of work: Recoat the tank’s interior and exterior surfaces, Seismically retrofit the tank to include replacement of the existing cross braces and upgrading the anchorage of the columns to the foundation, Safety improvements to include new ladders, a new landing, and replacement of the climb cable, Water Quality improvements, Site improvements to include new security fencing and gravel road, Seismic Improvements to the water piping system; and Electrical improvements.
