Bids received after the opening date and time will not be considered.</p><p>A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for all interested parties will be held on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Microsoft Teams on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM.</strong></span> A link will be posted on OpenGov Procurement with the meeting link.</p><p>A non-mandatory field visit for all interested parties will be held at the location of work on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM. </strong></span></p><p>Questions regarding this bid must be received on or <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">before 5:00 PM</span> </strong>on <strong>Thursday, December 4, 2025 on or before 5:00 PM</strong>. Please post all questions to OpenGov Procurement.</p><p>The City Council will award the contract as provided in the Invitation to Bid. The City of Sugar Land will give notice of the contract award within ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date and time.</p>",
