The awarded proposer shall be responsible for the design and engineering of the construction of Lake Avenue streetscape through the CDBG-CV grant program. The funds from this grant are to be limited to the development and preservation of affordable housing, provision of services to communities, and to create and retain jobs. A copy of the grant agreement between the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and the City of Groveland is provided for reference.
