Letter of Interest - Local Non-Profit Organizations

The City of Winter Park is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) from local nonprofit organizations within city limits that are interested in partnering with the city to utilize either the former public library building located at 460 E. New England Ave., or a new building constructed in the same location. For consideration, please address the following questions: 1. Does your organization have fundraising capability to build out your space at that location? 2. How much space/square footage would your organization need? 3. What is your intended use of the space? (This information is necessary to identify parking needs for the potential use.)
