CLEANING-13234 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Custodial Cleaning Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial cleaning services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– Contractor shall use cleaning methods, equipment, and products appropriate for each surface and material, ensuring all streetcars remain clean, sanitary, safe for passengers, and presentable for public service.– All waste receptacles shall be emptied, liners replaced as needed, and no visible trash shall remain onboard. – Floors shall be free of dirt, dust, debris, stains, scuff marks, and visible residue. – Windshield glass and crevices shall be clean, streak–free, and free of fingerprints, dirt, and obstructions to visibility – Consoles shall be cleaned and disinfected, free of dust and fingerprints. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Site visit will be held on July 31, 2026.
