NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS Project Title Project ID The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing Please describe what you are procuring. . Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed. The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman . Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than Question Submission Time , Arizona time, on Question Submission Date . Bids are due by Proposal Submission Time , Arizona time, on Proposal Submission Date . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this IFB.
