The Department seeks practical, applied training that strengthens project management, communication, coordination, prioritization, decision-making, and supervisory effectiveness across engineering and landscape architecture staff responsible for managing, reviewing, and supporting capital improvement projects utilizing consultant-provided engineering design services within a public-sector environment. The program shall support both project managers and supervisory staff and should emphasize direct application of concepts to active workplace and project delivery challenges.
