(1) Vendor needs to provide conference room DVLED audio and video system upgrade services to the government authority located in FL.– Provide an estimated 13.78” ft length by 5.53” ft height seamless DVLED display with a minimal 1.25 mm pixel, replacing the current LED displays.– Contractor will install the customer–furnished 75–inch Smartboard on the left side of the room.– Display system:– contractor will provide and install a minimal (1.25 mm pixel) DVLED display system, with a 3360 x 1350 resolution, 800 nits’ brightness, and minimall00,000–hour lifespan with simultaneously multi view capability.– Smartboard system:– Contractor will install and provide the mount and bracket with the customer–furnished 75–inch smartboard on the left side of the room.– Audio and video distribution system:– contractor will interface and incorporate the new DVLED video wall and Smartboard into the current video or audio system, maintaining operational functionality and seamless user experience.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
