CONS-22188 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Elementary School Construction Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide elementary school construction service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Construction of a new school facility to accommodate Grades K–5 with 900 seats. – Facility to include classrooms, media center, kitchen/cafeteria, gymnasium and other auxiliary spaces per GaDOE guidelines. – Parking and sitework. – The Construction Manager shall review project requirements, educational specifications, on and off–site development, survey requirements, and preliminary budget, and make value engineering and constructability recommendations for revisions. – Prepare detailed cost estimates and recommendations at the S.D. (Schematic Design), D.D. (Design Development), and C.D. (80% and 100% Construction Documents) phases of the project. – Review all contract documents for the new and existing buildings and/or building sites and provide value engineering recommendations to minimize capital outlay and maximize operational resources. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
