(1) Vendor needs to provide water resources–engineering services to the government authority located in Edmond, OK.• Water distribution – small diameter renewal and replacement.• Water distribution – large diameter transmission mains.• Water distribution – booster pump stations and storage tanks, including inspections of storage tanks.• Water treatment plant: rehabilitation, expansion, and other improvements.• Wastewater collection – small diameter renewal and replacement.• Wastewater collection – larger diameter interceptors.• Wastewater collection – lift stations: rehabilitation or other improvements to existing lift stations or new lift stations including force mains.• Water resource recovery facility: rehabilitation, expansion, and other improvements.• Master plans: development of long–term plans for the water system and wastewater system.• Regulatory compliance: provide support services and guidance on compliance with existing and emerging regulations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
