The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide: Condition evaluation and structural assessment of all elements of the Art Hamel Pier located at 2101 Edwards Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. The City closed the pier to the public in 2022 after Hurricane Ian due to safety concerns and damage to the structure. The existing pier is approximately 250 feet long and 12 feet wide and part of the Downtown Fort Myers Centennial Park.
