(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical and ambulance services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Anti–Competitive Practices– Conflicts of Interest– Investigation of Conditions– Disqualification– Performance Bond– Professional Credentials– Financial Statements– Adverse Action Disclosures– Proof of Insurance– Business Filings– Emergency Response and TransportEmergency response services shall be coordinated through Airport Police Dispatch. Upon request, the Consultant shall promptly respond, provide appropriate on–site medical care, and transport patients to an appropriate medical facility when clinically indicated. The Airport Police Dispatch shall be notified as soon as possible if personnel or equipment are temporarily unavailable to respond.– Records, Reporting, and Medical BillingAccurate service, medical, and billing records shall be maintained and made available for inspection, examination, or audit by the City or its agents.– Security and Regulatory CompliancePersonnel assigned to the Airport shall obtain required Airport–issued identification badges and complete required security and apron safety training at the Consultant’s expense(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
