Development of Emergency Medical Service Transport Franchise Request For Proposals

The Washington County Emergency Medical Services Program (WCEMS), on behalf of its Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Division, is seeking proposals from vendors from whom it can purchase consulting services for EMS system design planning and procurement of an ambulance services vendor for its Ambulance Services Area (ASA) plan. The successful awarded proposer (contractor) services are intended to assist the County with gathering advisory information from stakeholders, revision of the County’s ambulance services area plan, last updated in 2009, crafting a request for proposals for an ambulance services provider, evaluation of proposals, recommendation of a provider, contract negotiations and planning for transition to the selected ambulance services provider.
