(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning and social media services.– Develop a tracking system to demonstrate progress on the action plans and towards the citywide outcomes that is practical and considerate of staff time dedicated to existing reporting systems. – Support rollout of the plan, including communication with community members in English and Spanish, frontline staff, department directors, and Council members. – Provide informational and tactical support to City staff and leadership on the purpose and process of strategic planning, outcomes–based goal setting, and communication of goals and plans. – Manage the timeline, strategic data collection, stakeholder engagement, and application of results for three related projects: – Prepare all advertisements and informational materials necessary for social media and education to the public, elected officials, stakeholders and city staff. – Strategic plan development that includes a tracking system compatible.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.
