(1) Vendor needs to provide event equipment rental service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. – Event rental equipment services to be needed throughout the year approximately 20 times for various events and programs.– The event coordinator/Supervisor will have the specific information needed for each event.1. Small Event – 10 canopies, 10 tables.2. Medium Event – 30 canopies, 50 tables, 100–200 chairs.3. Large Event – 50 canopies, 100 tables, 100–200 chairs.
