NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE UNACASEPRO

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: UnaCasePro is the case management software utilized by the Services for Seniors program. The grant agency that funds the Seniors program utilizes a program called eCIRTS and requires compatible software for that system. UnaCasePro has been updated and tweaked to align with that program. Additionally, this program is utilized daily by case managers to log their service activities with clients enrolled in Collier County's Community and Human Services Program for Seniors. Billing for these services is also done utilizing the hours logged and case notes provided in this software system. Case Management is a direct billable service and notes logged by the case managers are utilized to submit for billing and reimbursement for the County. The public purpose of this request is to ensure the continuity of services for direct service clients served by the County and the continuity of operations for the Case Managers working in the Service for Seniors programming. Since 2021, Collier County Services for Seniors has been utilizing Olive, now known as UnaCasePro, as its Case Management Software. Originally, Olive customized their case management platform to meet the needs of Collier County as a result of changes occurring with the grantor agency and how billing was being tracked. These changes have allowed Collier County to successfully bill for services to the grantor agency since 2021 with little to no difficulties. Collier County Services for Seniors is seeking to continue to utilize UnaCasePro for ongoing user licenses, technical support, prospective feature enhancements, and all future upgrades. The purchase will include licenses for up to 12 users and reflect the total annual, all-inclusive cost for a 3-year contract period with up to two, one year
