(1) Vendor needs to provide website development, hosting, migrating and implementing service using content management system. • Vendors to host, migrate, and support a modern, accessible, secure, and scalable content management system (CMS).• Implementing hosting or integrating with a hosting partner• Migrating existing website content• Webpage templates (e.g., for news or program pages).• Built–in analytics to identify broken links, accessibility issues, and SEO performance.• SEO basics included, with additional support and guidance.• Centralized image, video, and PDF library.• Automatic and correct resizing images across different spaces.• API availability for integration with other organizational systems.• AI integration support:• Support for one–column up to four–column layouts, including text and images.• Built–in accessibility checks and reporting tools.• Full compliance with the most up–to–date accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 7, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for five years.
