MRB-55631 - USA (Virginia) - Fireworks Display Service - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display service. – Provide perform discharging of fireworks for county fireworks show on July 4, 2027, and July 4 of subsequent years.– Responsible for the delivery, unloading, setup and discharging of all fireworks.– Responsible for all costs associated with the fireworks display to include transportation, food, and lodging for crews and site clean–up.– Place and discharge all fireworks in an area designated by the county.– Start fireworks display for July 4, 2027 and July 4 of all subsequent years at approximately 9:20 p.m. and the program shall be a minimum of twenty minutes.– Sufficient number of tarps and coverings for fireworks in case of inclement weather.– Make careful examination of the display site and familiarize themselves with the site to ensure safe unloading, setting up, discharging and cleanup after the site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
