Long-Term Safe Parking

The City Manager’s Office (CMO) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide to provide long-term parking services for unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness. The Scope of Work outlined below shall establish professional services with pre-qualified firms who hold expertise in providing comprehensive safe parking services utilizing Housing First, Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction principles. Selected firms will enter into a professional service agreement with the City of Santa Cruz. The City assumes that proposers may have varying levels of expertise. As a result, the City may contract with multiple proposers to provide services on an as-needed basis.
