Proposals shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.</p><p data-end=\"448\" data-start=\"23\">The<strong> </strong>123 North H Street Electric Vehicle Charging Lot Improvement Project aims to develop a new EV charging facility in downtown Lompoc, supporting the City&rsquo;s ongoing commitment to sustainability, clean transportation, and energy resilience. The project will transform an existing City-owned parking lot into a safe, functional, and accessible space that provides convenient public EV charging and modern site amenities.</p><p data-end=\"870\" data-start=\"450\">The scope of work includes grading and paving improvements, new concrete walkways, curbing, accessible (ADA) parking upgrades, installation of EV charging stations and protective bollards, landscaping, and all associated signage and pavement markings. Electrical coordination will also be required to ensure proper conduit placement and power connections for the planned charging units and lighting systems.</p><p data-is-only-node=\"\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-end=\"1230\" data-start=\"872\">This project offers vendors an exciting opportunity to contribute to the City&rsquo;s long-term environmental goals while enhancing downtown infrastructure.
