ESTATE-11787 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Real Estate Services for Acquisition, Relocation, And Property Management Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services for acquisition, relocation, and property management service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.         – Acquisition services, that involve contacting real property and personal property owners for purposes of acquiring interest in the real or personal property.– Property management assignments could include, but are not limited to, single family, multi–unit, commercial, retail properties, industrial sites and any other property types.– Conduct on–site interviews of prospective displaced residents and businesses to ascertain relocation housing needs and special requirements.– Real estate broker’s license for broker assigned to perform acquisition services on behalf of the selected firm.– Conduct property research and analysis, including but not limited to feasibility studies, for protentional acquisition and leasing of permanent and temporary property rights based on provided criteria.– Provide short and long–term property management and related advisory and management services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
