(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency solutions grant services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ.– Emergency solutions grants, reflects the change in the program’s focus from addressing the needs of homeless people in emergency or transitional shelters to assisting people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and homelessness.– Provide rental assistance, first month’s rent and security deposit and short and medium–term rental assistance, and housing search and placement.– Homelessness prevention.– Case management to provide assistant in obtaining necessary documents for permanent housing placement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
