NEW WORK INCLUDES SOIL TREATMENT, CONCRETE WORK, WALL FRAMING, NEW GYPSUM BOARD CEILINGS, NEW WALL AND FLOOR TILE, NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES AND PIPING, NEW VANITIES, NEW TOILET AND SHOWER ACCESSORIES, AND PAINTING. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING ADA PARKING STALL, SIDEWALK, AND DOOR STOOP AT THE FRONT ENTRY.
