Library Retrofit Connector Roof Replacement Invitation for Bid (IFB)

The 'Organization Name (The Owner and Awarding Authority) in accordance with MGL c.149 and c.30 & 39M, seeks to solicit electronic bids for the Retrofit Connector Roof Replacement Project at the Hingham Public Library, 66 Leavitt Street, Hingham, MA. The project includes retrofit roof replacement of approximately 2,300 +/- square feet of existing roofing on the Hingham Public Library Connector in accordance with the documents prepared by Building Envelope Analysis, LLC and the Awarding Authority, Dated February 10, 2023. The estimated contract value is $70,000 (Seventy Thousand Dollars). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid submissions when deemed in the best interest of the Town.
