Request for Information - Performance Measures

The County of San Mateo, County Executive's Office - Procurement Department, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information from qualified firms to share insights on how they may assist the County in designing performance measures for County programs and services. We are inviting firms that have experience in designing performance measures to complete the attached survey link below. The survey aims to gather both qualitative and quantitative information about the firms, providing insight to their experience, approach, and capabilities. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/smcperformancemeasures Through the survey, the County of San Mateo is interested in receiving a wide range of information to gain understanding into best practices, methods and technologies for designing organizational and program performance measures. This is a RFI and will not result in a contract. The results of the RFI will be used to develop the future RFP. The completion of this RFI survey is not required to propose for the future RFP. This RFI and survey will be kept live until January 31, 2025.
