(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile voice and data service solution.                 – To provide a comprehensive mobile services solution, including mobile phones for employees and a structured data plan that adequately meets the institution's operational needs.• The supply of 550 mobile phones with required accessories. • A structured mobile voice plan • A structured mobile data plan • Associated support, warranty, repair, logistics, reporting and technology refresh services. • Nationwide coverage across all plan tiers; • International dialling options for applicable user groups; • International roaming options for applicable user groups; • Dedicated customer support (24/7 preferred; see SLA requirements); • Scalability for increased users, pooled data, and/or pooled minutes over time. • Whether allowances are pooled or per line; • Any throttling, shaping, fair use, rollover, or hotspot restrictions; • Overage rates (voice/data/SMS), billing increments, and any premium services charges; • Roaming rates and/or roaming bundles, including countries/regions covered. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22 2026.
