(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Develop and implement a service plan for managing insurance program, assisting with claims and implementing risk control strategies. Provide quarterly report of loss experience on all coverages.• Advise insurance industry developments and effective strategies to aggressively manage these developments, including alternative insurance programs and coverage.• Prepare market analysis and forecasts by insurance line and present them in February of each renewal term. Analysis should observe pricing and service trends, availability of markets short–term factors affecting the markets and projections of long–term market direction.• Assist in establishing insurable values for real and personal property.• Provide assistance in reviewing and analyzing current safety and loss control activities and assist in the development and implementation of new programs.• Provide renewal quotes no later than 60 days prior to expiration date.• Provide summary of insurance portfolio within 30 days after renewal.• Provide accurate insurance policies 90 days after renewal.• Assist in the performance of risk identification, consideration of risk financing alternatives and analysis of loss data.• Provide insurance certificates on an as–needed basis.• Provide solutions for automated management and tracking of insurance certificates.• All customary broker functions not explicitly stated.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
