RFP 9521-R2-2023/DH, Insurance Broker Services for Crime and Fidelity Insurance Coverage

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals to provide Fidelity/Crime Insurance coverage for the City of Norfolk (the “City”). The purpose of the coverage is to protect the City from the consequences of negligent or incompetent performance of duties, as well as dishonest acts committed by an employee whether identified or not. This will include acts by employees, alone or in collusion, which cause the City to sustain loss and also obtain financial benefit for the employee or any person or organization intended by the employee to receive that benefit. It is intended that the policy will include provisions written to cover all employees and appointed and elected officials who are required because of their employment, appointment or office to be bonded. This request will include coverage for all City operations. All qualified offerors are invited to respond to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) by submitting a proposal consistent with the terms, conditions, and scope of work of this RFP.
