Vendor needs to provide emergency responders debris management and debris monitoring management services include oversight of the County’s debris management and removal contractors, which will be procured under a separate contract. Qualified vendors shall provide expedient, accurate, and efficient services to ensure the County maintains compliance, properly documents all eligible recovery costs, and maximizes reimbursement from appropriate Federal and State agencies to the government authority located in Prince William, VA.– The County’s Debris Management Plan includes considerations for removing and processing the volumes and types of debris expected to be generated by a major disaster such as a hurricane, winter event, or any other natural and/or man–made disaster.
