Emergency Preparedness Program Evaluation and Best Practices

The County's objective in issuing this solicitation is to identify and select qualified contractor(s) to assist with the evaluation of disaster preparedness contracts funded by the County's Measure K. Contract evaluation provides actionable information on the efficacy of County goals and objectives, increases transparency and accountability, and helps leaders make evidence-based decisions. The contractor(s) selected through this solicitation will assist the County in evaluating the performance of the service providers performing under the new emergency preparedness contracts that will be executed in FY 2024-25, and for existing Measure K contracts that the County has chosen to continue from previous years.
