(1) Vendor needs to provide groundwater supply study services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Initiating, developing, and executing the study.– Selecting venues for the public meetings.– Researching and selecting which data sources, analyses, and methods will be included in the proposed study; and identify the data sources, analysis and methods to be used per study objective.– Study report – identify the number of drafts included your company’s proposed price.– Ensuring the confidentiality of the individuals interviewed and of data and information.– Developing and completing studies or reports of a similar scope and scale.– The production of publication–quality scientific illustrations, including maps, charts, and other figures.– Groundwater data collection, groundwater data management, groundwater data analysis, statistical trend analysis of groundwater data, and geospatial data analysis.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory preproposal conference will be held on July 28, 2026.
