e-Ticketing Application for Sheriff's Office Patrol and Parks and Recreation

RFP for new e-ticketing system that will replace the existing Central Square ReportBeam for Washington County Sheriff's Office traffic citations, and will support an e-ticketing solution for Washington County Parks and Recreation. Responding vendors will offer a commercial off-the-shelf application to adequately meet business requirements. The County is seeking a “turn-key” subscription solution included within a single contract, that fulfills the scope and requirements of a e-Ticketing solution. This RFP will have Pass/Fail requirements as outlined below. Pass / Fail Criteria: Below are identified Pass/Fail requirements included in the Required Functions Excel Sheet (See Attachments). Application patching and updates are communicated in a timely manner and County is allowed the right to delay deployment if needed. County maintains ownership of, and access, to all data Conforms to CJIS encryption at rest and in-transit, complies with CJIS Security Policy 5.9 Vendor’s desktop application client, if applicable, is compatible with Windows 10 Pro Compatible with IOS devices
