(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery modern retail central gaming system.– Includes the installation, maintenance, and ongoing operation of the System, along with upgrades and expansions of services for retailers and players, and other required components such as documentation, conversion, training, and maintenance– Expected to integrate and develop future mobile and tablet applications, as well as provide related administrative functions– System must be scalable and customizable to meet both the current and future requirements and regulations of the Lottery– System should be delivered as a turnkey system that supports current and future needs related to traditional lottery sales and promotions– Utilize modern, supported technology platforms– Support API–based integrations.– Support cloud and hybrid deployment models where approved.– Support mobile–first architecture.– Provide configurable workflows and business rules.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for seven years.
