(1) Vendor needs to provide public works digital training log and certification services.– Proposals for a cloud–based software as a service (SaaS) system to digitally record, manage, and track employee training activities, certifications, and competency development.– The system must support field and office environments, including mobile access, and provide tools for supervisors and administrators to monitor progress, verify competency, and support workforce development decisions.– Vendor shall provide a fully functional, cloud–based software platform to support digital recording, management, and verification of employee training, certification, and competency development.– Standardize training and competency tracking.– Improve record accuracy and accessibility.– Provide real–time visibility into employee progress.– Support competency–based advancement.– Enable structured approval workflows.– Provide auditable documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
