(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consulting services for wastewater treatment facility improvements to the government authority located in Burlington, VT.• Monitor, review, and report on CMAR services and Engineer progress. Some of the items include but are not limited to: design specifications, design plans, owner input on design, permitting, stakeholder engagement.• Advise the Owner on project management, schedule, budget, and construction matters.• Plan, facilitate, and document project meetings.• Maintain project communications and document management systems• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.• Develop and maintain project schedule and cost control systems.• Develop and implement project cost management procedures.• Monitor the Owner’s construction budget and evaluate cost trends.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
