By way of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Tuolumne County through its Public Works Engineering Division (“County”) intends to pre-qualify and select several firms (each, a “contractor”) to provide tree removal and tree trimming services. Proposers are advised that THIS IS NOT A LOW BID PROCESS . The County intends to make an award or awards using the evaluation criteria listed in this specification to determine the professional(s) that will provide the best value for the County. Nevertheless, cost is still a criteria that will be used for evaluation.
