Description

The City of Bradenton is seeking services of a qualified engineering firm to complete a Water Treatment Plant and Drink Water Distribution System Facilities Plan. The Facilities Plan must address the key components of a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) sponsored facilities plan and the requirements established by FDEP and Rule 62-552, F.A.C., and others as applicable . The Facilities Plan shall span a 20-year planning horizon and include specific documentation and details that address damage, impacts, loss of service, or disruption due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton in addition to the listed elements above. Project is being funded through the Supplemental Agreement - Helene and Milton (SAHM), Consultants must adhere to the SAHM funding requirements, include 2 CFR 200. The City requires the final plan to be completed by October 30, 2026.
